IT User Setup

If you cannot complete these steps, email welcome@borabiologics.com from your Macrogenics email.

After these steps are complete, for any assistance create a ticket on Halo at https://help.bora-corp.com/portal

Step 1: Download and Install Microsoft Authenticator
(*If not installed*)

Download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your iOS or Android device. You can use the direct link here or scan the appropriate QR code below.
DO NOT SIGN INTO THE AUTHENTCATOR APP UNTIL INSTRUCTED

Step 2: Use alternative browser

    It is recommended to use the opposite browser that you normally use for setup. For example, if you use Chrome regularly perform the below steps in Edge. If you use Edge regularly, perform the steps below in Chrome

Step 3: Login to you Microsoft MyApps with your Bora account

  1. Navigate to https://myapps.microsoft.com on your computer.
  2. Enter your Bora Email Address (username@borabiologics.com) and click Next.


  3. Enter your Password sent to your Macrogenics email and click Sign in.
  4. Click Next to proceed.
  5. On the "Install Microsoft Authenticator" screen, click Next again.
  6. On the "Setup Your Account" screen, click Next again.
  7. You should now see a screen with a QR code to scan.

  8. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone. The logo looks like this:
  9. If this is the first time using Microsoft Authenticator, you may see screens like this below. Tap Accept or Continue or Skip
  10. In the app, tap the + icon in the upper right corner and select Work or school account.
  11. Choose Scan QR code and use your phone's camera to scan the code displayed on your computer screen. You must allow the app to use your camera for this step.

  12. After scanning the code, click Next on your computer.
  13. The system will send a push notification to your phone. Enter the number shown on your computer screen into the app and approve it.

  14. The page will reload. Click Done. Another push notification will be sent for final verification; please enter the number and approve it.
  15. Update your Password and click Sign in.


  16. You will be redirected to the BoraGroup MyApps page, where you will find links to various applications such as Workday and HaloITSM.
